Currently the conventional roller include common alloy iron roller, pearlitic or bainite spheroidal graphite roller, alloy cast steel roller, cast adamite roller, graphite steel roller, adamite or high-chromium cast iron centrifugal casting complex roller ring, forged steel curled round part, etc.
Our company applies the thin-wall quenching roll production technology to produce new roller product. The features of our new product are as follows: Applying 45# steel plate to be curled round; with our own technology in welding and heat treatment processing, we’ve solved two general technical problems – common metal products are easily to be deformed while being welded and the welded seam is easy to crack; the hardness of welded seam and of base metal can be coincident with each other, and no gas hole and crack or any other flaw exist; the roller surface hardness is homogeneous.
This roller can improve the surface quality of thin galvanized sheet, and its service life can be extended to 6-8 times more than that of the conventional product.

1) Main use of our Quenching Rollers
This roller is applied to galvanized sheet rolling equipment (e.g: Skin Passing Roller) which is used for producing good quality galvanized plate by big steel plant.

2) Main properties of our Quenching Rollers
This roller is provided for completing galvanized sheet tandem rolling production line, and its performance is higher than conventional roller. Besides, it can also improve rolling product's looking and its price is far lower than the roller which is produced by conventional process.
